Terms of Service

1. Who runs Riftora

Riftora is a private Minecraft network, run by an individual and not by a company. Write to [email protected] for anything about the server, your account or moderation — that address reaches the operator directly and is answered.

You do not buy from us. Ranks are sold by Tebex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, acting as the merchant of record: Tebex is the seller, takes the payment, issues the receipt, and shows its own legal identity and terms at checkout. Their terms govern the sale itself; ours govern what happens in game.

The operator's identity is on file with Tebex, with our host and with the domain registrar, and is given to a court, to an authority, or to anyone with a genuine legal claim, on request.

Riftora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft to play, and you remain bound by Mojang's EULA, including its rules on what servers may sell.

2. Playing here

By connecting to the server you agree to:

• play without cheats, modified clients that give an advantage, macros, or exploits;
• leave other players alone: no harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or spam;
• not abuse bugs — report them instead (Discord, or the address above);
• not sell, trade or give away accounts, ranks, coins or items for real money outside this site;
• keep one account per person unless staff allow otherwise.

Staff may mute, kick, temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account that breaks these rules, and may remove items or coins obtained through a bug or a duplication. We try to be proportionate and to explain the reason; you can always ask for a review at the address above.

3. What a rank is

VIP, PRO and PRO+ are cosmetic and convenience upgrades: a prefix, armour trims, duel effects, auras, name colours, more homes and more kit slots. They never change damage, kits, matchmaking or ranked rating, and they give no advantage in a fight.

• VIP and PRO are one-time purchases and stay on the account.
• PRO+ is a subscription billed every 30 days and requires PRO; it stops when you cancel.
• A rank is a personal, non-transferable licence to use features on this network. It is not property, has no monetary value, and cannot be resold or exchanged.
• Delivery is automatic, usually within a minute of payment.

Features can change. We may add, adjust or retire cosmetics and perks — if a change removes something substantial from a rank you paid for, contact us and we will find a fair solution.

4. Suspension and money

A ban for cheating or abuse does not entitle you to a refund of a rank already delivered, and it does not remove a subscription you are still paying for — cancel it through Tebex if you no longer want to be billed. See the refund policy for what can be refunded and how.

Charging back a payment instead of asking us first results in the rank being removed and the account blocked from future purchases. Talk to us: we answer.

5. Availability

We run this network as carefully as we can, but it is a game server: it may be restarted, updated, or unavailable, and worlds may be reset when that is announced in advance on Discord. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for lost play time, in-game items or progress, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Age

If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), you may only play and buy with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Substantial changes are announced on Discord. Purchases are governed by Tebex's terms as the seller, and nothing written here removes the consumer protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
